Eron's Crossed Canoes is Finished!

I started this quilt before I got married in 1979, so it sat unfinished (UFO means unfinished object in quilt jargon) for nearly 30 years. If you look closely, you can see the fold line in the middle of the quilt. When the weather is nicer, I will gently wash it and lay it out to dry on the yard. I don't know if that will help the dented area or not. I used Mountain Mist batting back then. If you know of something that will help, please let me know about it.

Karmen,
It is a beautiful quilt, love the colors. I just finished a quilt that was not perfect. A good wash and dry will do wonders to cover that up;)

Karmen that is great. Love the pattern. I love the fact that you have finished it after all these years. Robin is talking about getting hers out and finishing it. I think it is a sampler she made in your mom's class in the late 80's

Thanks for the beautiful holiday card. It looks like it could be a quilt.

Eron's Crossed Canoes are great. Such neat work. I always marvel at those who can do that.

So many people have asked me about teaching. I am contemplating it, but afraid that I'll be there and all the people who said they wanted the class will have unending unexpected events that keep them from the class.
